We ship orders throughout the week. For all the products in stock, if you order before 9am on one of those days, we’ll ship your order out the same day. Otherwise, your order will ship on the first upcoming dispatch day.
You have an option to cancel an order when it is in packaging status, within 12 hours from placing the order. We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us on email@example.com or call us on 18004255122 with sharing details & images of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 48-72 hours, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
